Interactive Intelligence Announces Keynote Speakers for June Convention

By Monica Gleberman, Contributing Writer

Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert), a unified IP business communications company, in collaboration with Latitude Software will be holding its Interactions 2012 conference this year in June. The company said the event is “for customers, partners, prospects, consultants, analysts, and media.”

Interactions 2012 plans on having daily keynotes from industry experts on various business topics such as Contact Center Management Fundamentals, Introduction to Interactive Intelligence, Workforce Management, Service Request Gateway (News - Alert), how to Sell Interaction Process Automation, User Roles/Permissions Open Consultant Forum, and Keynote speaker panels.

Interactive announced five keynote speakers that will be at the convention on hand to not only discuss some of their own business experiences, but to answer questions as well. According to the press release the five speakers range in experience from a CEO of Interactive Intelligence to Authors. The five speakers are: author Clayton Christensen, CEO and Founder of Interactive Intelligence, Dr. Donald E. Brown, Research Vice President of Gartner (News - Alert) Inc., Drew Kraus, President of Latitude Software, Carl Harkleroad, and specialist on Fair Debt Collection Practices, John Bedard.

The release states that the convention will “offer 15 business and technology tracks with more than 170 sessions. A best practices track will include customer-presented sessions. Vertical tracks will be offered for accounts receivable management, financial services, government, insurance, outsourcing, and utilities.”

Interactive Intelligence and Latitude Software expect over 1,000 participants at this year’s event. If it sounds like too many sessions and not enough fun don’t worry – the conference has some outings planned as well to keep attendees mingling. Over the three days, participants will be treating to a golf outing, casino night, awards dinner, Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum tour, and a complete technology fair with more than 30 vendors.

These outdoor events will help engage in networking outside of just sitting in panels and discussions for three days. The conference will even include additional even social events and will be giving away a prize for two, to anywhere in the world. The only requirement is to register to attend the event.

The early bird and registration ends on April 10, 2012 and can be completed through the company’s website.
