New York Metro area’s office automation solution provider Digiscribe International recently announced the addition of new software to its office automation solution portfolio.
For years, businesses of all sizes including non-profit organizations and health care organizations have relied on the company’s existing document scanning and document management services to operate more efficiently, reduce costs and reduce their carbon footprints. Called FileBound 6, the new office automation software has been introduced to make these services even more valuable for the customers. Coming with workflow automation capabilities, the integration of the software is expected to generate the highest return on investment within any document management system.
In a press release Digiscribe explained that FileBound 6 adds impressive workflow automation functionality to document scanning, data capture and document management solutions—for both on-premise and cloud-based versions. This helps organizations in any industry to simplify the management of their business critical documents.
FileBound 6 software helps organizations to improve the processing and management of business critical documents, while ensuring more secure access for their documents. With this, the companies can expect to achieve further cost reduction, regulatory compliance, higher levels of customer service, and competitive advantage.
“Our clients have experienced dramatic cost savings and productivity gains through the years, but with office automation software we can give them more—particularly in the area of workflow automation, which is what generates the highest return on investment within any document management system,” said Mitch Taube, Digiscribe president. “There are various workflow software packages available but they either have narrow capabilities and/or are cost-prohibitive for many. FileBound 6, with its extensive workflow capabilities, ability to integrate with commonly used enterprise resource planning (ERP) and line-of-business (LOB) software, and its incredible cost-effectiveness is a compelling office automation solution for organizations of all sizes seeking to achieve competitive advantage through productivity and efficiency gains.”
FileBound 6 expands Digiscribe’s existing office automation capabilities such as PO box and mailroom scanning services, where Digiscribe can now act as an outsourced mailroom to receive, open and scan invoices and other documents via PO Box (News - Alert); electric forms that help deliver real cost savings and improved productivity by replacing paper with web-based forms; workflow automation services which helps automatically distribute and pass electronic documents, information or tasks from one participant to another for actions and helps streamline business processes; and automated data capture, where advanced capture provides businesses with an efficient, automated way to scan, capture and process documents automatically.
It will be relevant to add that in addition to its document scanning, and document management services, the company’s service offerings also include full-text OCR, e-mail management, office automation services, business process outsourcing, document imaging software and box & media storage services.
In other news Digiscribe New England announced the formation of a partnership with Marex Group, Inc. As a result of this partnership, Digiscribe New England now implements FileBound office automation software and cloud solutions.
