New York Metro area’s office automation solution provider Digiscribe International recently announced the addition of new software to its office automation solution portfolio.

For years, businesses of all sizes including non-profit organizations and health care organizations have relied on the company’s existing document scanning and document management services to operate more efficiently, reduce costs and reduce their carbon footprints. Called FileBound 6, the new office automation software has been introduced to make these services even more valuable for the customers. FileBound 6 expands Digiscribe’s existing office automation capabilities such as PO box and mailroom scanning services, where Digiscribe can now act as an outsourced mailroom to receive, open and scan invoices and other documents via PO Box (News - Alert); electric forms that help deliver real cost savings and improved productivity by replacing paper with web-based forms; workflow automation services which helps automatically distribute and pass electronic documents, information or tasks from one participant to another for actions and helps streamline business processes; and automated data capture, where advanced capture provides businesses with an efficient, automated way to scan, capture and process documents automatically.

It will be relevant to add that in addition to its document scanning, and document management services, the company’s service offerings also include full-text OCR, e-mail management, office automation services, business process outsourcing, document imaging software and box & media storage services.

In other news Digiscribe New England announced the formation of a partnership with Marex Group, Inc. As a result of this partnership, Digiscribe New England now implements FileBound office automation software and cloud solutions.
