Mobilink has stated that the company was looking for a fully automated provisioning solution and they got that with Comptel.

“We are committed to this long-term relationship with Mobilink in Pakistan and helping them see through their goal of delivering optimum customer satisfaction,” said Syed Veqar ul Islam, senior vice president, Middle East & Africa, Comptel. “We have also identified a strong demand for our solution portfolio within the market amongst service providers looking to improve their own customer interactions and service offerings, and, in turn, expand their businesses.”

In 2009, the company announced that Romtelecom selected Comptel Provisioning and Activation solution to look after its multi-vendor CDMA network. The company was looking to install a provisioning and activation solution to assist in providing services quickly to users. It opted for Comptel because of its ability to deliver top notch wireless service activation and also the ability to deliver on time.
