Prime to Use Eleos' Drive Axle Mobile Document Scanning for Fleet

Are your drivers still wasting their time in sending costly faxes? If yes, then Drive Axle mobile document scanning platform can help you to send hassle free fax at no cost.

Prime Inc., an American most successful trucking company has selected Eleos’ Drive Axle mobile document scanning platform for its drivers, so that they can send a fax from anywhere instantly.

It helps drivers reduce roadside faxing costs.

Drive Axle has been built by Eleos, and it enables drivers to log in using their Prime account and then scan documents remotely. This app can work on all iPhone (News - Alert) and Android smart phones and tablets.

High-quality document images are sent instantly to Prime without the cost and hassle of faxing or truck stop scanning, and without risking damaged or lost originals.

Rodney Rader, Director of Technology for Prime said in a statement, “Document scanning is just the beginning. We will add many other functions to the app, integrating with our unique enterprise processes and creating powerful tools to increase efficiency and make life easier for our drivers. Eleos has deep expertise in both mobile and enterprise software development. Embedding their powerful document scanning technology into our mobile app allows us to keep control over the unique aspects of the mobile experience while avoiding the insanity of trying to develop mobile document scanning on our own.”

Documents are typically transmitted in a minute or two with the benefit of auto-indexing for efficiency and same day billing.

Kevin Survance, founder and CEO of Eleos Technologies, says IT leaders like Rader are increasingly demanding smarter integration options from their technology providers. “Our embeddable components allow fleets to tailor their mobile apps to their unique requirements while leveraging Drive Axle for scanning features that would be risky and costly to develop in-house. The great news is that we have the skill and resources to also develop the overall mobile app on a work-for-hire basis.”
