Aria Systems Helps Automate Business Processes with New Capability

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Aria Systems, a provider of cloud billing solutions, announced a new Business Process Automation (BPA) capability that enables companies to improve business processes by synchronizing and automating behind-the-scenes and customer-facing activities.

The new BPA solution has the ability to create, test and deploy customized workflows in a single SaaS (News - Alert) environment. This allows enterprises to drive efficiencies, eliminate manual intervention and create personalized customer experience.

“Organizations can’t afford to be restricted by a one-size-fits-all billing system," said Andy Eliopoulos, senior director of product marketing, Aria (News - Alert) Systems. "When done right, automating business processes and workflows can deliver huge efficiency gains, drive down costs, provide a competitive advantage, and keep customers coming back for more," he explained.

With its capabilities such as straightforward drag-and-drop functionality, graphical interfaces, user-friendly dashboards, and drill-down reporting options, the solution helps enterprises create a powerful business process.

Businesses can create virtually any type of workflow, form and business rule to dictate when processes are initiated. They can also get insight on what type of data is captured and which activities are driven by specific product, customer, and financial information, the company added.

The BPA capabilities eliminate the guesswork for companies and ensure that key business processes are driven by the right data from the right sources at exactly the right time, whether from a CRM, ERP, or financial application.

Aria’s business process automation solution is designed to fit within all cloud, on-premise, and hybrid IT environments. The most important capability is its ability to synchronize data from desired business systems quickly and easily, allowing critical applications to be created and managed to support revenue generation goals, company officials said.

Earlier this year, Aria Systems announced that the Aria Subscription Billing Platform version 6 has achieved Oracle Exadata Ready status through the Oracle (News - Alert) PartnerNetwork (OPN). The announcement demonstrates that Aria Systems supports the Aria Subscription Billing Platform version 6 with Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Linux.

The Aria Subscription Billing and Management Platform is used by companies such as Pitney Bowes, AAA NCNU, Experian, Red Hat (News - Alert), Ingersoll Rand, EMC, VMware, and HootSuite to evolve their company’s subscription business.
