Blackbaud, a company serving the nonprofit and education sectors for 30 years, has announced that its cloud-based eTapestry CRM solution is now enhanced with new features. eTapestry is a cloud-based fundraising software platform that has been helping small and developing nonprofits with limited resources.
The Data Health Scorecard is a complimentary data quality screening feature provided to Blackbaud eTapestry clients in the United States. The Data Health Scorecard provides data quality screening automatically each quarter, delivering an A, B or C rating based on the quality of the records in an organization’s database. The Scorecard then measures the score with the amount of money that is being lost due to data problems and provides recommendations to improve database quality. After reviewing the information, organizations are allowed to make intelligent decisions about when, why, and how to invest in their overall data health.
AddressFinder is another innovative feature that helps nonprofits to enhance the value of their eTapestry database by minimizing mailing costs, maximizing response rates, and ensuring compliance with U.S. postal regulations. This tool connects directly with the Data Health Scorecard and automatically returns updated address information for any individual, family or business that has moved within the last 48 months.
It even runs constituent names and addresses against the National Change of Address (NCOA) database, and returns updated address information for any individual, family, or business that has moved within the last four years.
Charlie Cumbaa, Blackbaud’s senior vice president of new business development. “The new integrated data services tools in eTapestry, introduced with this release, will help all customers better understand the health of their data and easily take action to improve data quality. With better information, we know organizations can build stronger relationships with supporters and more effectively fundraise to support their missions.”
Blackbaud offers a full spectrum of cloud-based and on-premise software solutions and related services for organizations of all sizes including: fundraising, eMarketing, advocacy, constituent relationship management (CRM), financial management, payment solutions, analytics and vertical-specific solutions.
