TinderBox Kindles a New Spark in the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace

Coupling CRM with a sales or marketing automation system seems to be the name of the new game that is being played out in the corporate sector. Pairing automation and CRM is a win-win any day, which is what the sales automation software company, TinderBox, realized when it announced a new product integration with Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM.


CRM helps companies grow and become more productive whilst sales automation tools help generate leads and close deals faster.

The newly integrated sales automation solution, now available for new and existing TinderBox and Microsoft Dynamics users, is expected to streamline the sales process for Microsoft Dynamics customers and deliver targeted content to prospects and customers. Sales content is managed in one place and transactions are automated; hence sales teams have more time to focus on selling. Sales documents can be generated faster and consistency can be maintained, sales reps save time and faster generation paves the way for an engaging sales experience.

With the TinderBox integration, Microsoft Dynamics users can access content from anywhere, collaborate with colleagues and customers, and control access to content and documents. Marketing and sales teams converge on a common platform and build and deliver relevant sales content, generate documents faster and access content more quickly and easily.

Thus, the integrated solution is a shot in the arm for businesses as they can leverage any data to generate dynamic sales documents, any time customers need it.  Moreover documents can be accepted or rejected electronically, and sales teams can keep track of those who view and share the document.
