Nintex and DocuSign Enter into Partnership

By Anil Sharma, TMCnet Contributor

Nintex, a workflow software company and DocuSign, Inc., has entered into a partnership to integrate DocuSign’s Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform with Nintex’s workflow automation platform.

Thanks to the pact, customers will now be able to seamlessly incorporate DocuSign DTM features like eSignature into their Nintex workflows, in order to eliminate paper-based document signing and go fully digital in their businesses.

“Digital Transaction Management is transforming the way organizations do business by eliminating the need to print, fax, scan or mail any document that requires a signature,” said Michael Schultz, vice president of strategic alliances for DocuSign, in a statement.

Schultz said that by going fully digital, Nintex customers can accelerate transactions and contract signings—saving time, money and creating a better overall experience for all parties.

DocuSign , The Global Standard for Digital Transaction Management, automates manual, paper-based processes with the only open, independent, standards-based DTM platform for managing all aspects of documented business transactions.

Officials with Nintex said that the integration of the Nintex workflow automation and DocuSign DTM platforms would allow organizations to-Execute secure, legally-binding and enforceable documents, eliminate inefficiencies and break-downs in business processes requiring signatures, formalize and streamline all activities required before and after signatures are secured, and Improve governance, compliance and security of business processes requiring signatures, among other things.

“As our customers push for the greatest possible efficiencies in their organizations, we are committed to equipping them with the tools to transform their business operations,” said Ryan Duguid (News - Alert), vice president of product for Nintex.

Duguid said that manual signatures delay business processes, inhibit productivity, and increase administrative costs.

“With DocuSign, our customers and partners can address these challenges head on and complete their digital transformations,” Duguid said.

TMCnet in March reported that Nintex Workflow Solutions is now deployed for more than 1,000 customers who are extending and improving business process automation by leveraging Nintex’s cloud functionality.

In addition to running workflows and forms in Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365, these solutions tap the on-the-go abilities of mobile apps, which allow users to easily participate in processes from any location.
