The Avaya (News - Alert)-PDSUG Training summit was set up 20 year ago to bring call center professionals together to discuss the evolving trends of the industry and determine the best strategies for their operations. Still going strong, this year’s show will once again welcome leaders in the field to participate in keynotes, panels and discussions that will engage and enlighten those managing call centers.
The show takes place September 19th to the 21st and will be located at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Call center certification and education provider BenchmarkPortal (News - Alert) will be in attendance to not only participate at the event, but to offer its consulting and training services to attendees. The company will be hosting two special pre-conference training sessions designed to grant attendees certification in one of the two sessions below. Those interested in the sessions do not have to be attendees to the larger training summit to gain access to the BenchmarkPortal certification sessions. Both courses are open to outside guests.
The first BenchmarkPortal session will be on the topic of outbound call center sales management. This informative session will take place on Sept 19th from 8:30am-12:30pm. The four hour course will begin with a strategic review of sales methodology in the call center environment and follow up with assistance in tactical implementation.
The following session, will focus on the leadership & management paradigm and will take place on Sept 19th, from 1:00pm-5:00pm. This course will seek to establish a leadership model that works for your operation and will provide tangible ways to implement leadership skills in a more beneficial way.
The Avaya PDSUG and the collocated BenchmarkPortal courses are a great way for you and your call center management team to become more effective. Veteran and amateur call center managers alike stand to gain significant insight through both.
