Furniture is an important part of the call center industry, besides offering the comfort and protection needed from furniture, a level of functionality and sustainability are important as well.

Interior Concepts call center furniture offerings answer to call center needs from one source.

The company's latest bid to provide this to customers is the release of two new wood furniture lines to make it easier to furnish the call center with solutions for everything from the breakroom to the executive office.

The 2 new lines, Acclaim and Cityscape are currently available and offer a selection for the conference, reception, storage and executive desk.

David Kendrick, President of Interior Concepts commented in a statement, "We are happy to be able to solve the executive wood furniture needs of our customers. These high quality and beautiful wood furniture lines will make Interior Concepts a one-stop shopping solution for call center furniture needs.”

Walnut, cherry and maple finishes provide a high quality and versatile solution with the Acclaim line. According to a news release, "Full mortise and tenon joint construction and vertical matched grain on drawer fronts are standard in the Acclaim line."

Those looking for a more modern look for their operations are also provided with the Cityscape line which offers the look of a cityscape in the way the furniture is designed at different heights. The line also features a metal modesty panel option and raised work surfaces.
