Mount St. Mary’s College (MSMC) has gained highest ranking in customer services using Vovici (News - Alert). It was announced by Vovici, the leading provider of online survey software and enterprise feedback management (EFM) solutions that MSMC, which is one of the prominent women colleges of the country, had been able to deliver quality service to students in its two Los Angeles campus locations. Using Vovici, MSMC has successfully deployed an annual Remarkable Service Survey, which is similar to a program service review.
Sunnary Adeva, manager of institutional planning and research with Mount St. Mary’s College, said, “We have a long history and a deep culture of providing exceptional service to our students, whether it is through the campus shuttle, the cafeteria, or through our whole host of services,” The results of this survey is likely to help in driving decisions and initiatives at the program level as college tie survey feedback to specific improvement objectives.” Adeva explained, “The managers of our service programs are challenged to take the survey results and present action plans for improvement to the college’s Remarkable Service committee. The college’s goal is to achieve an 80 percent or better Remarkable Service rating for all of its services.”
MSMC was established in 1925 and is known for its outstanding academic programs and rigorous development of citizen leaders. Vovici has helped the college to a great extent to maintain its programs at such a crucial time when other women’s colleges are dissolving. Adeva said, “We don’t want students to be content; we want them to feel like they are truly being serviced at levels far above their expectations. We know that when students are happy, they are more engaged with their faculty, classmates, community, and are ultimately better students and better citizens.”
According to Adeva MSMC’s has taken a right decision by selecting Vovici as it has allowed the college to lift student satisfaction level to a great height.
