SalesLogistix Corporation, a CRM Management Consultancy and certified Salesforce.com (News
- Alert) integrator, has announced that the company secured third place worldwide in customer-satisfaction ranking among other system integrators listed in Salesforce.com’s AppExchange.
As per the rankings on the AppExchange list, SalesLogistix has successfully secured 5-star voting from its clients and has managed to beat competition from various other integrators with wider scale of operations. A look at the company’s voting detail list reveals that SalesLogistix clients have been consistently voting for the corporation’s quality, cost, and schedule features since 2009.
In a release, said that “We are proud of reaching this level of client satisfaction, particularly because there is no ‘double counting’ in any of our votes,” said David Taber, CEO of SalesLogistix. “Unlike some other vendors’ scores, ours is composed of clients who have voted only once firm-wide, even if we have been working with them for years on a series of projects.”
The AppExchange is Salesforce.com’s online directory which lists its various consultancies and product partners. All participants on the list are voted upon by their customers. Although voting is voluntary, the system tracks and displays the voter’s name to reduce any instance of artificial inflation of votes secured. The votes and commentary provided for the various integrators on the list places emphasis on project quality, cost, and completion date. The ranking of votes is carried out automatically along several variables such as the lifetime voting score which is less vulnerable to “gaming” or artificial internet tactics.
SalesLogistix has been steadily improving its clients’ sales, marketing, and customer service business processes since 2005. A CRM management consultancy and certified salesforce.com integrator, SalesLogistix essentially configures, extends, and integrates Salesforce.com systems with the rest of its clients’ cloud infrastructure.
