MDLsolutions Call Center Software Solution now Integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

MDLsolutions (News - Alert) has joined forces with 3CX to fulfill Call Center affordability needs by offering a Predictive Dialer Call Center Software Solution. MDLsolutions now offers highly scalable and quality VoIP solutions together with world class customer service. This solution is being made available at reasonable prices while continuing to offer a wide range of features, along with reliability and true voice quality.


MDLsolutions can now be fully integrated with Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM 2011 platforms and also offers Call Centers with a free download demo trial that is valid for 45 days. This “try-before-you-buy” option enables Call Centers to check out the solution and decide if it is suitable for them. By using a Predictive Dialer, Call Centers will be able to immediately increase productivity.

In a release, MDLsolutions co-founder Michael Langman said, “MDLsolutions set out to reduce a Call Center’s cost of deploying complex, and normally expensive, PBX (News - Alert) and Predictive Dialer systems. With the MDLsolutions affordable Predictive Dialer solution that is now able to fully integrate with CRM software such as MS Dynamics CRM 2011; the Call Center has a reliable, accurate reporting, agent monitoring, and recording software tool – at an aggressively cost effective price intended to competitively reduce system expenses. The cost saving is immediate- not some time in the near or distant future.”

This new solution is extremely economical, can be easily integrated with the 3CX Phone (News - Alert) System. Call Centers will have the support of an expert technical support team that will be there to assist in any software difficulty or technical problem. As of now, the sample pricing stands at 16 Agents for $3928.00 and comes with 3CX IP PBX, Predictive Dialer with MS Dynamics CRM 2011 integration, and Agent Interface (installed, configured and supported for 1 year).

MDLsolutions also offers free remote setup and customized configuration support for its Call Center customers. The minimum hardware requirements that are required are  2 Windows PCs (IP PBX and Predictive Dialer) or 1 Windows PC running VirtualBox, and one Windows PC for each agent running on a network supported by a switch, with internet (VoIP connectivity).
