Message Systems recently introduced an innovative line of software solutions that will improve and widen the messaging capabilities of legacy CRM systems. The initial module launched under this new line has been customized to improve both the email and SMS/MMS capabilities of Oracle’s (News - Alert) Siebel CRM application.
The new module is called “Momentum for CRM” and looks to boost B2C and B2B organizations that leverage Oracle’s Siebel CRM to utilize all the capabilities of Siebel as a diversified marketing platform for keeping the mobile customers engaged and happy.
