AltiGen and ITSLN to Offer MaxACD Contact Center Software for Microsoft Lync

AltiGen Communications, a provider of unified communications (UC) and call center software solutions, announced partnership with ITSLN, a Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold Certified Partner, to deliver AltiGen's MaxACD Contact Center for Microsoft Lync to customers in the Western U.S. and Latin America.


MaxACD Contact Center for Microsoft Lync helps organizations deploy and manage feature rich call center for Lync. The solution integrates features such as skills-based routing, multi-level Auto Attendant, a flexible and adaptable IVR with CRM integration capabilities, Call Recording and monitoring, and reporting. The solution supports both on-premise and cloud deployments.

"Microsoft's all software Lync solution combines voice, IM, audio, video or web conferencing and integrates with Microsoft Office,” said Linda Roude, ITSLN's U.S director, in a statement. “AltiGen's (News - Alert) MaxACD product extends that capability by providing the advanced functionality needed for sales, customer support, and IT help desk teams.”

According to Roude, MaxACD Contact Center for Microsoft Lync is affordable and offers great functionality to customers.

ITSLN is a Microsoft Certified Service Provider with Gold certifications in Communications, Messaging, Virtualization, Systems Management (News - Alert), Desktop, Identity and Security and Portals and Collaboration. ITSLN U.S. specializes in Microsoft Lync. The company has selected AltiGen's MaxACD contact center solution to provide added functionality.
