Call center software provider Indosoft (News - Alert) has enhanced its Q-Suite 5.7 with the ability to create and modify Agent and Admin screen themes.
Q-Suite 5.7 is a complete call center software suite built on Asterisk PBX (News - Alert) capabilities. Important features of Q-Suite 5.7 include Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), Dialer and Web interfaces that create the most compelling contact center platform.
The new feature in the call center software allows managed hosted service providers to brand and theme their multi-tenant call center service at tenant level. It also benefits channel partners as they can re-theme and brand the white label version of this industry leading call center software.
“With the convergence of voice and IP telephony, hosted service providers are looking to add managed contact center service to their portfolio,” said Gabe Bourque, CEO of Indosoft, in a statement.
“Managed service providers and white label partners can take advantage of its extensive Web service API and integration to Workforce Management, Call Recording and Speech Recognition libraries,” Bourqe added. “Integration to back-end systems and custom CRM have never been this simple.”
Built as multi-tenant call center software, Q-Suite themes can be enforced at tenant level. With the ability to set up themes, customers can gain full control over the look, feel and organization of its Web interfaces. The well-developed API allows organizations with internal or special CRM user-interfaces to add CTI (News - Alert) functionality to their existing screens.
The company is offering the service to managed service providers offering contact center as a service in the Cloud, and white label partners looking to migrate to VoIP based call center platform. The Asterisk (News - Alert)-based contact center software provides easy out-of-the-box configurations for distributed multi-site operations, Cloud or Hosted installations and remote as well as at-home agent setup.
In another recent development Indosoft integrated call recording functionality from Orecx into Q-Suite 5.7 to offer reliable network voice recording option for its call center software.
OrecX offers an affordable and easy to install, maintain and use call recording software for ITSPs and contact centers. This software provides same-day ROI and is offered in both open-source and open-architecture formats.
