AMC Technology, a provider of call center software and application integrations solutions, is preparing for the launch of its new product integration with Salesforce Open CTI (News - Alert). The new software with Salesforce Open CTI integration will be offered as an extension of AMC Contact Canvas. The new call center software will be available November 1, 2012, the company said.
AMC Contact Canvas call center software suite allows customers to integrate business applications and communications across the enterprise, from call center agents to knowledge workers and mobile staff. The new call center software is designed to address the growing demand for AMC solutions for the call center industry.
With Open CTI integration, the call center software does not require desktop toolkit, so it can be offered as a true cloud solution. The solution is also browser and platform agnostic, so it reduces compatibility concerns as faced by the traditional call center software solutions.

AMC Contact Canvas for Open CTI will support the latest updates as well as standard features like screen pop, hold, transfer, conference, and more.
AMC also announced an upcoming webinar on increasing Salesforce CRM efficiency for outside sales and field service and support staff. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, October 16th, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EDT.
Aimee Stinson, AMC’s director of Software Development and Tim Asimos, AMC’s director of Marketing, will discuss how the features and functionality of the application increase contact center efficiency through CRM and CTI integration.
AMC has been offering solutions in contact center and CRM integration for nearly 20 years.
