Oracle (News - Alert) Commerce solutions have been chosen to support growth for Russian consumer electronics retailer M.Video. These solutions have enabled Oracle to deliver a consistent and dynamic customer experience across its Web, call center, mobile and social channels. With Oracle, M.Video is able to deliver this experience to its more than 280 stores in over 120 cities with Oracle.

M.Video is known for its customer service and was searching for a solution to support all its consumer touch points. It wanted to replace its legacy system which did not have the flexibility to address the changing needs of its customers.

M.Video’s legacy system also failed to engage customers more effectively through recommendations, promotions and search. It decided to use Oracle Commerce, including Oracle ATG (News - Alert) Web Commerce, Oracle Web Commerce Service Center and Oracle Endeca solutions to this end.
