Zeacom's ZCC V5.0 SP4 Now Certified Interoperable with Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.1.2

Zeacom today announced that the latest version of its flagship product, Zeacom Communications Center V5.0 SP4, is now certified interoperable with Cisco (News - Alert) Unified Communication Manager 7.1.2.
Zeacom received the certification through Cisco’s Interoperability Verification Testing (IVT) Certification program.

Zeacom (News - Alert) officially released the newest version of its ZCC platform, Version 5.0 SP4, two weeks ago. The new version reportedly includes several new productivity improving enhancements.
