Call centers are officially bringing business back to the U.S. In some exciting news of a job boost, TD bank recently revealed the opening of its new call center in Greenville, S. C. – bringing a whopping 600 workers to the plate with the goal of adding an additional 30 new employees per month to attain an incredible 1,400 workers total in the next three to five years, according to TD Bank Regional President, Rob Hoak.


“The call center sits on two floors. It is painted in cheerful colors. The first floor is surrounded by windows, and employees, who are constantly starting work throughout the day, are rotated around the room to cubicles keep the sun out of their eyes. The second floor has giant murals of South Carolina scenes, like beaches, forests and farmland,” a statement elaborates, painting a very pretty picture of this fun and inviting work environment.

However, there’s quite a lot of occupational opportunity here, and while that leaves employees and management alike very spirited, a prospective 1,400 employees means a lot of wide open room for growth and taping into unique areas of opportunity to ensure business continuity.
