Best Call Center for Self Storage Awarded to PhoneSmart

The industry trade magazine and convention host, Inside Self Storage (ISS) recently conducted a poll of more than a thousand of its readers to choose the best in the business. The PhoneSmart Call Center, a self storage marketing company, was chosen as the Best Call Center for Self Storage.


There were 13 candidates that were nominated for the Best Self Storage Call Center category and readers also had the option of nominating any call center that was not listed. Some of the other categories in the poll included: the Best Online Directory, Best Truck Rental/Leasing, and Best Customer Service.

“We are very pleased to be selected as the best self storage call center by ISS readers. PhoneSmart Call Center sales people work hard every day to help our clients bring in more business,” said Tron Jordheim, PhoneSmart Director, in a release. “We are honored that people in the industry notice the innovations we put into practice every day on the phone. This is just further confirmation that our focus on training, coaching and call quality is bringing results. Many of our sales people and supervisors have been with us for more than five years and I am thrilled that their great work is being recognized.”

Inside Self Storage, well known for its Inside Self Storage World Expo, recently celebrated its 20th year in the industry. The PhoneSmart Call Center was founded in 2000 and assists self storage owners in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
