The Call Center Corporation will soon be launching a mailer titled “Call Center Game Changers” that will be sent out daily. This mailer ultimately aims to provide information related to the latest and most relevant call center matters while also improving association among organizations in the call center industry.

The mailer further looks to target an increasing number of organizations who are currently in the process of implementing an inbound campaign, as well as to help boost their existing outbound call centers. Additionally, it will prove quite beneficial to organizations that have already implemented an inbound campaign and are seeking for methods for further enhancement.

In a statement, Steve Bederman (News - Alert), CEO of the Call Center Corporation, explained, “We see ourselves as having a responsibility to the industry to not only offer the lowest prices and the highest quality, but also to learn and share what we’ve discovered. I myself and my team of professionals have learned a lot throughout our 15 plus years in this industry and want to share the knowledge we have gathered and are currently gathering to improve the industry.”

According to Bederman, sharing valuable tips, tricks and articles will be advantageous to the growth and affluence of the Call Center Corporation. These articles will also help keep other companies in sync with the latest information, which is an obvious plus.

The mailer is expected to be launched next week, and organizations are urged to keep watch for the daily Call Center Game Changers messages.
