Free Conferencing has said that it’s expanding the services available for customers of the free conference call package.
In addition to call recording, the suite now comes with free account management tools, helping companies maximize their conference calls. Additionally, the package still features basic services such as free conferencing for up to 96 callers, six hours at a time.
Thanks to the new free account management feature, customers of Free Conferencing can log in and update their accounts online. Plus, they can also change their personal information such as addresses and email accounts.
Company officials said that through the account management tool, detailed reports of the last few calls made are available. Customers can access the access these reports on the web as well.
Moreover, customers are now able to listen and download previous call sessions, according to company officials. Automatically, they can even broadcast the call as a podcast if they want.
Company officials said that having account management tools included in a basic, free package is a first from the company.
Free Conferencing is a provider of collaborative communication solutions serving small to large-sized businesses, communities and organizations around the world. More than one million registered users already depend on the company’s conference call services for easy-to-use audio conferencing.
Last year in December, the company announced the international expansion of its marquee service in Nigeria, called Free Conference Call Nigeria. And earlier in July, 2010, the company announced the addition of the Archive Recordings Feature to its FreeConferenceCall.com service.
