Telisimo International, a provider of call center solutions, announced they have moved their corporate office to a location nearer to San Diego Airport. The new corporate address is 2488 Historic Decatur Road, Suite 210; San Diego, CA (News - Alert) 92106.

The new location will provide clients easy access to the Telisimo headquarters from the airport, as well as a great selection of restaurants, lodging and shopping at the clients' convenience, the company said.

However, Telisimo will continue to operate its highly reputable and efficient contact center in Tijuana, Mexico, in order to meet the ever-growing needs of bilingual representatives, company officials said.

For the past 20 years, Telisimo has been providing front- and back-office services including customer care, accounting, human resources and technology. It also offers process-improvement tools, such as mystery shopping, online polls and phone-based evaluations in order to streamline companies toward improvement.

Telisimo provides extensive training and education to its staff to place them in the proper position. Staff members at Telisimo are taught to accommodate to change, whether this is from new products or services or responding to changing demands.
