Coordinated Systems, Inc. Launches Call Monitoring Channel on TMCnet

(Norwalk, CT – August, 2008) Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC (News - Alert)) today announced the Call Monitoring channel, sponsored by Coordinated Systems, Inc., has been launched as the newest addition to the TMCnet channel program.


The Call Monitoring channel promotes products and solutions including call recording software, evaluation and training components, performance reporting, and training and implementation services, all of which are included as part of the Virtual Observer call monitoring solution for call centers.
