Another new feature, Cloud Touch, is a fully touch-powered platform that enables administrators and employees install, manage and access their phone system via mobile devices. They can instantly add employees, activate new phone numbers and set call handling rules using mobile devices from any location.
The Conference Calling feature enables businesses to make conference calls to as many as 1,000 participants. Auto Call Recording of incoming and outgoing calls will support sales and training as well as compliance.
