Thinking Phone (News - Alert) Networks, a provider of unified communications as a service (UCaaS), has announced its participation at the 2013 Cloud Channel Conference & Expo in Chicago.
At the event, which reflects the shifts and momentum around the cloud environment, the company intends to showcase its complete cloud communications solution. Moreover, it is also expected to discuss its cloud channel partner program.
“The channel community is extremely important to our company and we look forward to the opportunity to present our entire UCaaS offering and discuss how leading Master Agents and agents are leveraging cloud applications to drive new business,” said Carl Moore, vice president of business development at Thinking Phone Networks.
Working with channel partners, Thinking Phone Networks enables the migration of business to the cloud. Company officials said that a business can “maximize its revenues” through their UCaaS services.
Cloud is increasingly becoming integral to communications and business applications. According to market analysts, communications and business applications are being delivered via the cloud, which has opened up “tremendous opportunity” for channel organizations.
According to the findings of the survey conducted by IDG Research Services, a whopping 81 percent of respondents (companies) were already using or planning to use cloud-based applications. The survey report noted that “one application that is cresting the adoption wave is business communications.”
The conference offers channels and providers an opportunity to explore and debut new cloud solutions and discover new architectural approaches to achieving customer needs. In addition, the discussion also includes the outlining and defining of the new business models in a cloud-based economy.
Thinking Phone Networks hopes to help channel partners, enterprises, service providers, and PBX (News - Alert) vendors in deploying differentiated cloud UC services, quickly.
Recently, the company announced the availability of unmetered voice service, allowing enterprise companies to make unlimited desk phone, mobile UC client, and softphone calls to fixed line and mobile users throughout Western Europe, the United States, and Canada at a fixed per user rate.
