From its Telesphere (News - Alert) Complete, Select, Connect and Fusion offerings, among other things, cloud communications leader Telesphere has all the necessary platforms to offer an all-encompassing solution.
In May, TMCnet reported that if you’re interested in creating, saving and storing digital call recordings, you should look at what Telesphere offers to help address those wishes. The vendor offers technology engineered to allow on-the-fly call recordings, and if you have regulatory requirements, call centers or highly mobile staff, this might be the thing for you, since its VoIP recording requires no extra equipment on the premises.
And nobody needs more equipment on the premises if they can at all avoid it.
Telesphere’s VoIP Recording lets you record business calls from any phone, since it’s tied to your business number, not your desk phone. You can record business calls routed to your cell or home phones, too.
Moreover, Telesphere offers Telesphere Fusion, which lets you get Telesphere’s hosted telephony platform through your current Internet connection, upgrading your telecom features and functionality while keeping your current contracts and circuits.
Telesphere officials say there’s more to it than that. Users also avoid contract termination fees by fusing Telesphere’s service their existing Internet connection. Translation: You don’t have to wait for your ISP contract to end. Plus it comes with cool features like voicemail to email, simultaneous ring and remote office.
And hey, make your business look larger with the Auto Attendant feature, with custom timed greetings and call centers for that professional sheen.
In March, TMCnet reported that it has been able to hone a one-of-a-kind business solution and it has its partnerships and the Telesphere ecosystem to thank for that, according to officials.
“The Telesphere ecosystem provides an ultimate end-to-end cloud-based communications solution for our growing network of Channel Partners to market and sell, allowing them to ‘hook their wagon’ to a growing and financially sound partner in Telesphere,” said Clark Peterson, CEO of Telesphere, in a statement. “In the past five years we have secured $50 million in funding from first tier venture capitalists. Telesphere has also been able to attract the support of market leading technology partners while building our management team.”
“By teaming with all of the right technology and investment partners we’re able to deliver an unsurpassed, cutting edge communications solution to businesses of all sizes across the United States, and provide agents and distributors with a solution that they can confidently take to their customers,” he added.
