SimpleSignal (News - Alert), a provider of cloud communications and collaboration (UC&C) solutions, has formed a partnership with Intelisys, a master agent company, to provide education and training to channel partners to help them migrate to the cloud.
The cloud communications market is growing at a fast pace and Intelisys has hopped right aboard that train, delivering to its cloud communications partners through acquisitions and industry partnerships. The company’s recent acquisition of the Cloud Services Coalition and industry partnerships help it achieve this, according to officials.
SimpleSignal, a hosted PBX and cloud-based Unified Communications (News - Alert) service provider, delivers IP phone applications and cloud-based collaboration services to tens of thousands of satisfied business users throughout the US and Canada. SimpleSignal’s complete suite of unified communications services is based on a “One Number” philosophy. The company delivers voice, video and SMS to one number and creates considerable efficiencies and advances in simplifying all the ways in which an enterprise communicates.
The company’s core voice services of Hosted PBX (News - Alert) and SIP Trunking are bolstered by additional cloud-based services like video conferencing, SMS, IM and Presence, call recording, voicemail to text, and collaboration tools for desktop sharing and Web meetings to deliver a comprehensive solution to any business.
“SimpleSignal relies on indirect channel partners like Intelisys to sell their services, and we are excited to be a part of the conversation when Intelisys brings their sales partners to events like these,” said SimpleSignal CEO Dave Gilbert (News - Alert) in a statement.
“We see the partnership between Intelisys and SimpleSignal as a key component to our strategy of helping partners understand the benefits of cloud based UC&C and what it means to the growth and survivability of their businesses,” Gilbert added.
Recently SimpleSignal announced it has migrated back to LogiSense Corporation's EngageIP software, a Billing and Operation Support System (OSS) solution from LogiSense (News - Alert) that delivers the power and flexibility to manage the dynamic needs of today's service providers.
