SouthwestCRM Launches a cloud CRM Solution

U.K. software development company SouthwestCRM has launched a new online marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.

The new solution Hedron4 for Charities successfully combines three of the world's leading Open Source (News - Alert) technologies.


This combination results in a compelling, low cost, and easy to use solution for membership-based organisations that want to communicate more effectively with its membership whilst reaching a wider audience.

Elaborating further on its new release, the company says that Hedron4 is a complete suite of business applications hosted in the cloud.

This application suite is ideal for a charity or not-for-profit as it can help grow its membership, build an online community and process online donations more efficiently.

Hedron4 features a database that is built upon Open Source CRM solution, SugarCRM (News - Alert).

SouthwestCRM notes that several not-for-profit organisations have to be in regular contact with a large number of people and this process is simplified by Hedron4 for Charities.

“Open Source technology is ideal for charities that need to keep their operating costs down but at the same time need suitable systems to help build a loyal following. Hedron4 delivers a feature rich application at a fraction of the cost of a traditional solution,” said Simon Leek, founder of SouthwestCRM.

“The great thing about Open Source technology, is the thousands of developers out there who have created useful add-ons so if a charity has a specific need that is not available out of the box, chances are, their needs can be met quickly and cost effectively.
