In most enterprises, work is scattered across spreadsheets, e-mails, notes and other documents but everyone doesn't have access to everything. The result is predictable: chaos, work disorientation, no visibility, no control and likely project failure -- things that organizations cannot afford.
To smoothen these rough areas, Comindware, Inc., a provider of online work management software, has announced on-demand, in-the-cloud access to the firm’s flagship product, Comindware Tracker, noted company officials.
Comindware Tracker reportedly helps in team task tracking, project execution and daily workflow automation, and has solutions for just about every department. The biggest advantage is that it provides real-time visibility and simultaneously solves document management problems.
Users can either opt for the service in Comindware cloud powered by Amazon or for the on-premises software installed in the organization’s private cloud. Both delivery options have the same functionality and mobile access and are available in three languages.
Included in these cloud offerings is a robust Web services-based API that helps simplify integrations between Comindware and other systems related to work management. In addition, it is well-equipped to provide a modern workflow process management solution.
As all business project data is in the cloud, it can be accessed from anywhere, anytime by anyone, eliminating the need to purchase or maintain software or hardware.
“From project leads to CEOs, managers struggle to get real-time visibility and effective control of their co-minded work. Now, they can just open a Web browser, login to Comindware Tracker and start working, with all of their tasks in a single place, automated with priorities so the right person is working on the right thing at the right time,” noted Max Tsypliaev, founder, president and CEO at Comindware, in a statement.
Users of Comindware have reported that productivity increased and there was a direct cost saving of 30 percent to 50 percent. More importantly, there is no complicated programming involved.
Comindware allows users to test-drive the solution for both the cloud (on Comindware servers) offering and the private cloud (on users’ servers).
In other news, the last five years, more than 75 SMB life sciences companies have chosen Veeva CRM offering companies an affordable per-seat pricing model, while still providing access to the same world-class hardware and software leveraged by the top pharmaceutical companies. Veeva is a provider of cloud-based business solutions for the global life sciences industry.
