TapClicks Enhances Cloud-Based Analytics Platform

Real-time analytics are critical to digital marketing as they help marketers gain maximum yield from every dollar they invest for a client. TapClicks, a provider of cloud CRM solutions, has unveiled the TapClicks Analytics 2.0 Platform designed for digital-marketing analytics and campaign-performance dashboards.


The new analytics platform allows digital marketers to gain real-time alerts, comprehensive marketing scorecards and precision analytics. They are able to understand whether customers are clicking on their banners and if e-mail newsletters are being opened and read.

TapClicks Analytics 2.0 Platform also provides them with insight whether people are saying damaging things about their business and whether the company is showing up prominently on search engines. It also gives details whether people find them on Facebook and Google (News - Alert)+ and whether they are sharing them on social networks.

An important feature of TapClicks Analytics Platform is its ability to pull real-time performance metrics from Google Analytics, Bing and Google search-engine marketing. It can also draw info from major ad servers, e-mail newsletter platforms and reputation monitoring services.

Some of the noteworthy features of the solution include a notification system to flag major changes in campaign performance, unique scorecard that provides insightful performance metrics across campaign, HTML5 support for cross-device functionality and enhanced permission settings with four levels account access.

The analytics platform also comes with several innovative features like flat hierarchy, improved navigability, reduced clicking and faster time-to-information, upgraded AJAX dashboard, upgraded grid system displays charts, multiple charts that open simultaneously for better direct comparison, optimized database for more efficient big-data storage and more.
