Infor Interaction Advisor Now Available on Salesforce Platform

Infor’s Interaction Advisor, an intelligent assistant that helps companies predict their customers' future preferences and behavior based on real-time activity and past responses, is now available on Salesforce’s cloud platform for social and mobile business apps.


Interaction Advisor's advanced decision engine will allow Salesforce users to intelligently track and evaluate virtually every customer interaction by leveraging the power and speed of social media. This will enable them to come up with the offers that are relevant to their customers, which will enable them to achieve higher acceptance rates and sales and improve customer stickiness.

Infor Interaction Advisor combines historical, personal and contextual data to create real-time customer profiles that can be leveraged to make intelligent guesses about customers' future preferences and behavior. By combining real-time predictive analytics and multichannel business rules, Interaction Advisor can deliver highly effective offers at the time of interaction between businesses and customers. Furthermore, by using closed-loop response tracking that identifies the drivers of customer behavior and the effectiveness of campaigns, the application evaluates each interaction result and make any required adjustments to improve effectiveness before the next interaction, the company said.

Interaction Advisor is developed completely in the cloud on the Salesforce platform and provides an interface that delivers information in a consolidated, intuitive application. Business users can access actionable data and functionality to make better communications decisions faster.
