Maximizer Software Debuts Latest Version of CRM Solution

By Madhubanti Rudra, TMCnet Contributor

A number of companies in various industries have been using Maximizer Software’s CRM solutions to complement their marketing initiatives. This Canada-based software firm has reportedly sold more than one million licenses to more than 120,000 customers. In an attempt to make its popular software even more user-friendly, the company has come up with the latest version of Maximizer CRM software.

Maximizer CRM 12 Winter 2012 recently debuted in Europe, the Middle East and Africa with the promise of delivering a more streamlined workflow and improved productivity through fewer clicks, faster access to client information and single view of customer interactions.

The enhancements have been introduced keeping the mobile workers in mind, Maximizer Software said in a statement. The solution is more user-friendly than its previous versions and loaded with an array of new mobile CRM features, making it easier for the on-the-go workers to access information through tablets and smartphones.

The latest edition of the software allows the users to view, organize and retrieve key customer information quickly and intuitively. It also allows users to get a single view of customer information via a new timeline. This new UI allows the users to see all business interactions in a chronological fashion, enabling users to analyze the buying patterns for more effective marketing and sales initiatives;

As a result of the Microsoft (News - Alert) Office integration, the enhanced software enables a seamless user experience.

The new hover and display functionality allows users to get detailed information via a heads-up display simply by hovering mouse cursor over a record. This helps reduce the number of clicks and open windows.

Contact visualization is another great feature to be found in the latest version of Maximizer CRM. This feature allows users to instantly view all contacts within the same company and access critical information on them at once. This feature will help identify the best potential sales leads.

All of these new features are aimed at enhancing the end-user experience. This is expected to ultimately translate into improved day-to-day productivity.

The customers can choose from either a cloud-based or on-premises solution. The cloud-based solution, however, is more economical and therefore a more affordable option for SMEs.

“Our customers were telling us that the software does pretty much what they want it to do out of the box, but they were looking for ways of further boosting their productivity so that they could make even more calls, solve more issues, and take more notes. Maximizer CRM 12 Winter 2012 aims to do that. This latest version of the software enables users to get the information they need with fewer clicks and to view what is going on overall with each customer more quickly and easily. It really provides the big picture, improving customer relations. It also makes it easier for new users to learn the system and start employing it day-to-day,” Maximizer Software’s managing director of EMEA Mike Richardson (News - Alert) summed up in a statement.

In a recently concluded webinar, Maximizer Software attempted to dispel some of the myths around the issue and discusses the range of concerns that are preventing SMEs from moving their CRM systems to the cloud, as highlighted in a new survey of senior executives in key European and African markets.
