Recently, IBM (News - Alert) has revealed that its infrastructure and cloud management software IBM PureSystems is gathering momentum among global clients and business partners. Over 700 partners have already adopted the technology, while 1,300 have completed IBM training on infrastructure management.

To further boost the adoption of IBM PureSystems, the company has unveiled new financing options in which it allows customers to defer the first payment for 90 days. The technology giant is also providing training, marketing, certifications and technical validation support to business partners.

Worldwide, there is dearth of skilled and experienced IT professionals. As a result, IT organizations are looking for new computing models that don't require the additional commitment of significant resources or employee training to set up and maintain. IBM PureSystems meets this demand by offering a new cloud management software model that streamlines the setup and management of hardware and software resources.

IBM has seen rapid adoption of its technology among a wide variety of organizations. In fact, BPTP, a real estate company in India, selected IBM PureSystems to streamline its IT infrastructure and improve the overall home buying experience for its customers. Also, PCCW (News - Alert), an information technology outsourcing company based in Hong Kong, is utilizing the software to support its Enterprise Solutions Superstore, a new platform that provides an online environment for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The cloud management solution has improved the Software-as-a-Service model at PCCW.

Further, ValeCard, a multi-industry conglomerate based in Brazil, is now leveraging the cloud management software in order to manage thousands of transaction records from contracts with large companies and government entities. The solution also helps the company meet an increasing set of new regulations and standards for data availability.
