Veeva Japan Employs NTT Com's Cloud Platform

NTT Communications (News - Alert) Corporation has collaborated with Veeva Systems, Inc. to offer its best-in-class global cloud service Biz Hosting Enterprise Cloud to customers in Japan. Veeva Japan has now started a data center in Tokyo that will use NTT Com’s Biz Hosting Enterprise Cloud as a platform.

An assortment of groundbreaking cloud services, including customer relationship management (CRM) offerings, is available from Veeva Systems, the cloud-based business solutions provider.

These offerings, customized for pharmaceutical companies, are provided by Veeva in association with Force.com.

“We believe that the Tokyo data center will be the foundation that allows us to focus on the Asia-Pacific region, an important part of our corporate vision,” said Naoya Yamasaki, director of Product Management for Veeva Japan. “We will be providing better solutions and services to meet customer needs in the Japanese market.”

Veeva Systems has shifted its overseas system to NTT Com’s extremely dependable platform in Tokyo. This modification will ensure that the company’s Japanese customers will be able to avail its high-performance offerings through the domestic communications infrastructure in an extremely dependable and secure manner.

The data center in Tokyo will also function as a core point for Veeva Systems’ business in the entire Asia-Pacific region.

Veeva Systems is a major provider of cloud-based business offerings especially for the life sciences industry across the globe.

Veeva currently has more than 150 customers, including some of the major pharmaceutical organizations worldwide and budding biotechs.
