ReachLocal to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2012 Results and Host Quarterly Conference Call on February 12th

ReachLocal, Inc. (NASDAQ:RLOC), a leader in local online marketing solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced it will report its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 financial results for the period ended December 31, 2012 following the close of market on Tuesday, February 12, 2013. On that day, management will hold a conference call and webcast at 2:00 p.m. PT to review and discuss the Company's results.
