Vanguard Health Systems to Report Second Fiscal Quarter 2013 Results on January 30, 2013

Vanguard Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: VHS) (the "Company") plans to announce results for its second fiscal quarter 2013 after the market closes on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.

The Company will host a conference call on January 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time for senior management to discuss the Company's financial and operating results.
