Mintz Levin's William C. Hicks to Moderate Panel at 2013 BIO CEO and Investor Conference

William C. Hicks, a Member in the Corporate & Securities Section of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will be the moderator of a panel discusion at the 15^th annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference. The conference is being held February 12-15 in New York.

Mr. Hicks will be moderating a discussion entitled, "The Road Less Traveled: Alternative Avenues to Public Markets." The discussion will focus on the increasing number of companies that have employed alternate routes to the public markets, using reverse mergers, Form-10 self-filings, and variations of each to avoid the expense, uncertainty and complexity of the IPO process.
