BRIEF: Pot smuggling suspect caught by Border Patrol

One of two suspects who crashed a marijuana-laden vehicle into a telephone pole support cable Wednesday after running from Border Patrol was caught.
Both men fled the scene, but Border Patrol arrested the suspected driver later that day, court documents reveal.
Carlos Don Juan was arrested and charged Thursday with possessing and conspiring to distribute more than 200 pounds of marijuana. A federal magistrate judge set his bail at $250,000.
It wasn't immediately clear whether the passenger was caught, but court documents only show one defendant.
According to court documents, Border Patrol agents saw several suspects placing bundles into the back of a vehicle near the Oklahoma and Florida Road intersection.
Agents were able to locate the suspected driver by a description of his clothing, the court documents show.
Don Juan admitted to being the driver and attempting to smuggle five bundles of marijuana totalng 234 pounds into the United States, court documents show.
The Drug Enforcement Administration is investigating.
