Cooperation agreements signed between Alfa, ISP [National News Agency (Lebanon)]
(National News Agency (Lebanon) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) NNA - Cooperation agreements were signed on Friday between Alfa mobile company and a number of Internet Service Providers (ISP) members, under the auspices of Telecommunications Minister, Nicholas Sahnawi, at the Hilton Habtoor hotel in Beirut.
In compliance with these agreements, the ISP companies will benefit from Alfa's developing Third Generation (G3) internet system to provide the fast internet connection (Broadband) for its subscribers.
Giving a word during the event, Sahnawi said the plan he presented to the cabinet, concerning the telecommunications sector, aims to destro monopolization and turning Lebanon to a digital podium.
