DJ MARKET COMMENT: Liffe Cocoa Settles Slightly Lower

1727 GMT [Dow Jones] Liffe cocoa futures end the session slightly lower, in quiet trading volumes with the US market closed. Eric Sivry, head of agri options brokerage at Marex Spectron, says new stories for the market could emerge for the medium to longer term, apart from the already discussed topics of industry buying, arrivals or rainfall. Adds that last week's chart for the market looked weak and that was the case without Ghana selling its beans onto internatonal markets. March down GBP9, or 0.6%, at GBP1400/ton.
