Attunity (News - Alert) Ltd., a provider of real-time data integration software, has introduced Attunity Replicate, data replication software, for loading data to Microsoft (News - Alert) SQL Azure.

Microsoft SQL Azure is a highly available and scalable cloud database service built on SQL Server technologies and is a key component of Microsoft’s cloud strategy.

Officials with Attunity said Attunity Replicate is high-performance data replication software that enables efficient and frequent loading of data from many databases into Microsoft SQL Azure.

Company officials said that with its “click-2-replicate” design, the Attunity solution simplifies the user experience, replacing the need for complex and costly custom development projects with a packaged and managed solution that is fast to learn and implement, delivering quick time-to-value.

Recently, Attunity Ltd announced an extended set of software solutions that enables enterprises using Teradata (News - Alert) databases to load data efficiently and frequently from many enterprise data sources to meet operational data warehousing needs.
