Fonality (News - Alert), leading provider of cloud telephony solutions in North America, has recently revealed that it signed more than 200 tech firms in its first quarter of this year, adding to its expanding unified communications offerings. Each of the firms will gain access to Fonality’s cloud telephony platforms which enables businesses to improve internal communication and increase productivity.
Fonality’s Chief Technology Officer, Rick Bushell, stated, “Technology firms represent the very foundation of forward-thinking and innovation. They are constantly in pursuit of the latest solutions that will improve business practices, as evidenced by the adoption we’ve seen in 2011.”
The unified communications platform, Fonality Heads Up Display, has won awards for its user-friendly interface, and simple system connecting phones, desktops, and business applications. Bushell continued, “Fonality is focused on reshaping how these companies collaborate and communicate though cloud-based VoIP and UC solutions. Now they can leverage advanced business communications features without disrupting their operations or negatively impacting their expense line.”
With productivity-enhancing features such as unified messaging with email, secure chat, and Microsoft (News
- Alert) Outlook integration, HUD simplifies communications processes, and will be providing these cloud-based solutions to more than 3,000 technology firms with the recent subscriptions in Q1. Companies such as JibJab,Overland Storage and Nuspire, will be leveraging Fonality’s industry-leading cloud telephony solutions.
