As a major provider of cloud telephony in the North American market, Fonality (News - Alert) has recently been making headlines as it burgeons through a global recession to provide superior unified communications solutions and cloud telephony services to small and mid-size businesses. One of the company’s most recent developments has been released in the form of the Fonality Partner Plus Program.
Designed to provide partners with the flexibility and tools necessary to drive VoIP, UC, and contact center sales among SMBs, the Fonality Partner Plus Program will offer partners flexible options that will aim to increase revenue, and expand customer portfolios, according to the company.
John Young, general manager of Channel Operations at Fonality, stated, “A strong ecosystem of qualified and capable partners is imperative to our fast-growing customer base. The Fonality Partner Plus Program was designed to provide our resellers with resources to better leverage our solutions.”
The program is meant to have a significant impact on partners’ sales of cloud-based VoIP and UC solutions while enabling flexible options for the providers. Young continued, “The enhanced program offers highly-competitive incentives while giving partners the unique flexibility to deliver cloud solutions as Fonality Agents, or hybrid-hosted solutions as a reseller.”
Fonality’s award-winning product portfolio enables its partners to take advantage of a flexible delivery format by offering both hosted and hybrid-hosted solutions that are tailored to the needs of SMBs.
The Fonality Partner Plus Program’s structure includes tiers ranging from Premium Partner to Certified Partner and Authorized Partner. It also is designed to enable partners to meet customer needs with whichever Fonality solutions suits them best. The tiers support partners through sales, deployment, and customer on-boarding.
Darlene Doherty, an account executive for APEX Communications, a New England-based communications provider, stated, “We began offering Fonality’s communications solution after realizing its value especially in the SMB marketplace. We have been recommending an upgrade path to our existing 3COM customers mainly due to Fonality HUD's progressive desktop application, call center solution and site-linking software. Our clients have been extremely satisfied and our customer base is growing.”
Partners are able to choose the level or tier which suits their needs best, and each level includes competitive compensation and incentives to match certification levels and training. The competitive incentives offered for Agent Partners include a 20 percent share in each sale in addition to other benefits.
“The flexibility of Fonality’s solutions broadens our portfolio. It is important for all companies to be able to do more with less, and Fonality provides the ease of use and competitive cost our customers crave, helping us to better meet their needs,” continued Doherty.
