Fonality (News - Alert), a developer and marketer of cloud-based business communications and unified communications solutions for small, medium and enterprise businesses, has recognized one of its international partners, Hitech Solutions, for its innovative use of Fonality trixbox Pro – an open standard, software-based IP-PBX (News - Alert) solution.

Hitech Solutions gives businesses the freedom to choose from the best voice and video technology available. It is Fonality’s largest international channel partner, having sold more than 6,250 seats in just four years catering to small- and mid-size businesses (SMB).

trixbox Pro is the only hybrid-hosted telephony solution on the market. Around-the-clock proactive monitoring, Anywhere Management automatic software updates, total phone mobility and regular configuration backups are all seamlessly integrated via the award-winning ‘HUD’ (Heads Up Display).

Fonality trixboxPro is designed for SMBs to deliver business communication solutions with all of the features of a legacy provider without the cost or complexities. Hitech Solutions’ Fonality trixbox Pro applications include FaceMe, a user friendly, cloud-based application that makes multi-party video and Web collaboration easy. It integrates with a variety of other platforms, including contact center software without time-consuming downloads.

Virtual Receptionist is another application that combines projection, touch and display and video collaboration to create an inviting experience for office visitors. A list of employees can be accessed through a touchscreen interface so customers can notify their arrival by voice or video, among other features.
