Foehn, a provider of managed communications, has unveiled a cloud communications and open-source phone systems guidance for SMEs. In this guide, Foehn's operations director, Gary Muchmore, discusses how SMEs can choose the best solutions for their business communications needs by keeping hosted VoIP phone systems simple.

Foehn's managing director James Passingham introduces the business benefits of modern hosted telephone systems for SMEs. He explains the several benefits of hosted telephony that range from lower cost of ownership and scalability to the need of minimal IT support.
