HumanTouch, a provider of mission-critical IT services and solutions to public and private sectors clients, recently launched a Platform as a Service (PaaS) designed to roll out innovative cloud-based application with enhanced collaboration, communication and business management capabilities.
The new Human4C platform provides HumanTouch with a robust and highly scalable set of configurable tools that can be used to quickly build new processes and applications to meet current and emerging business demands.
Human4C was implemented with the Force.com platform. The cloud telephony platform delivers a comprehensive suite of business, IT and data management tools that can be configured and launched on demand, company officials said. Force.com allows the creation and deployment of cloud applications for the social enterprise. The cloud telephony platform powers more than 220,000 applications at more than 100,000 customers.
The secure, flexible and mobile enabled solution provides all critical components to support the challenges and complexities of a decentralized workforce and growing organization.

According to company officials, Human4C provides greater efficiency by reducing the need and cost of hardware and software infrastructure so HumanTouch can focus on developing customized business applications that promote innovation and growth.

We needed a social platform that could evolve with our business through on-demand capabilities that allow us to innovate faster at a fraction of the cost. Our market is changing dynamically and our processes and systems need to change with them,” said Benson.

A recent survey conducted by CallFire, a provider of cloud telephony solutions, finds that in the upcoming year and the foreseeable future, companies that employ and implement the latest in technologies and services will realize valuable insight from huge amounts of data so that enhanced business decisions are made will easily surge ahead of their competition.
