Cloud telephony provider, Ifbyphone (News - Alert), has announced that Saint Jude Retreats, an alternative addiction recovery program, after using Ifbyphone’s call tracking platform, increased telephone inquiries from website visitors by 42 percent.
In order to increase the number of website visitors who contact Saint Jude by phone, an online conversion optimization firm, named WiderFunnel Marketing Optimization has been engaged by Saint Jude.
WiderFunnel has designed various different landing pages. All the landing pages have a unique Ifbyphone Call Tracking Number, which identifies the landing-page version with the highest phone call conversion rate.
After searching for a solution that offered instant number activation, reporting flexibility and no long-term contracts, in 2009, WiderFunnel selected Ifbyphone.
