Fonality, Inc., a developer and marketer of cloud-based business phone systems and unified communications solutions for small to medium sized businesses, recently announced that Fonality (News - Alert) Connect, its virtual business phone system, has been used by over 250 Australian small to medium-sized businesses.
Fonality Connect is phone system that can be distributed to any small to medium business with an Internet connection. The phone system was launched earlier this year CeBIT (News - Alert) Australia. It provides SMBs with access to highly developed phone features that were once available only to large enterprises. These features include in-house conference calls and the capability to unite numerous offices and home workers in one system. Designed as a ‘plug-and-play’ solution, Fonality Connect is easy to set up like a PC or laptop.
John Quinn, a managing partner at Moss & Hooper, said that Fonality Connect provides full featured telephony solution to SMBs but none of the hassles that are usually related with an in-house solution. Even with a rich feature set, the cost-effective system is friendly from a management standpoint.
Marc Englaro, the managing director of Fonality Australia, commented that VoIP solutions previously ignored the needs of SMBs. They were either feature rich, expensive systems for the big end of town or more affordable but basic products designed for home users. Fonality Connect bridges this gap by offering enterprise-style phone functionalities in an economical pay-as-you-go model. This makes it simpler for SMBs to sound more professional, provide better customer service, while at the same time saving money on calls costs.
Fonality Connect is available in Standard Edition and Team Edition. Fonality Connect has a monthly fee from $39 per user, with free calls and no contracts. It also helps business owners lessen their monthly phone bills dramatically, with no hidden surprises. Fonality Connect is available exclusively through Fonality Australia.
